Form Submission do not create an Item in queue.

Good Day, Everybody!

I am doing Interact Foundation Course in University. I faced up with the problem.

To begin with, it is necessary to mention that i create 2 VM one of which is holding database and other is holding everything else. Yesterday, when i fully configured Interact, i created a small form from "Install Interact Guide" and it worked fine: i submitted a form and the queue item element appeared.
Today, while doing Foundation, i create a process which uses "Get From Schema" and "Create Submission" actions. It`s not give any error or warning while processing and successfully creates a submission which i can view from interact. BUT, it`s not create an item in queue. 
I tried to restart VM, restart servers, refresh the database. 
I do not know what the problem and i give up. Maybe someone can explain and help me with this.

Hi Tejaskumar,

This post is over a year old and the software has changed since then. I believe the operation is now if the hostname supplied does not match a URL in the SSL Certificate, and this has to be both for case and name, then you cannot press the 'Next' button to continue.

Hello,

I'm also facing this form is submitted but not reflected in BP workqueue. I did the Interact reinstall and checked the hostname with cert it looks fine.

How to fix this

Hi, 

check whether the windows service Blue Prism - Submit Form Manager runs under the right account which can write into the database. This exact behavior happened to me and I realized that this windows services was running under Local System which was not sufficient. After changing the account everything worked as a charm.

Hello Zdeněk Kabátek, thanks I did this change to the service and after restart of the machine still the same.

In creds is there anything that needs to change in Grant Type and Scope? Could not find this in guide so  checking

Hi, Tejaskumar,

I am happy to jump on a call and we can check it together. BTW - there is no relation to InteractRemoteAPI if you are submitting form from Interact. This is important when you submit JSON from BP process to generate a new form within Interact.
