Get Verified Document no Output

Hi,

I'm currently exploring Decipher and I'm stuck at the process 03 Get Verified Documents. Whenever I run Get Next Completed Batch, it gives me a blank output collection; there is no error message whatsoever. I checked my batches and there are some that are in Completed status already. The user group assigned to is set for all group and users. The queue suffix I used is the same in pushing 01 Documents to Decipher. 
Im using Decipher 2.2 and BP v7.1.2. 

Please send help.

Hi Magnus.

If after clicking the submit button in the Decipher UI, you should see a message RMQ as shown in Ben's message. If that is the case, then using the Get Next Batch function (assuming it is correctly configured) should return the data from RMQ into a collection.

However, if you DO NOT SEE a message in RMQ, then you probably need to reinstall the Decipher Plug-in component. I've seen this issue a couple of times with customers where there was a problem with the Decipher Plug-in installation. Once it was reinstalled, the issue was resolved.

Hi Ben/Jack,

There were no messages in the RabbitMQqueue which explains why I'm not getting any. But after reinstalling the Decipher Plug-in, it is now working (maybe because we also did the whole re-installation of all components). Anyways, thanks for the answers. You guys are awesome! 🙂
