Getting error when downloading learning edition

Hi,

I am getting error when trying to download learning edition of blue prism, please help. Please see the attached screenshot. I tried multiple times to download.

Hi Chris,

Thanks a lot for your response, I have got this one working now, however I have next set of issues, any input on the same will be really helpful.

1) As per  https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3439/solution/blue-prism-learning-edition, it says that learning edition includes 1 digital worker, 2 sessions and 5 published process. So by 5 process, we mean that I will be able to created any niumber of process in process studio, however will just be able to publish only 5 process on control room?

2)  I checked the control room after completing installation, however its shows a error there in resources window - connection Lost not connected, I am doing everything locally on one machine. As far as I know if my blue prism tool is open, resource PC should automatically be up and running and machine should be connected to drag and run a process from control room, please suggest if I am missing something or any additional steps or installation required to fix it?

3) I am trying to create a sample queue as well for learning purpose, however not getting the option for the same, kindly suggest if I need to follow any additional steps to get that option, queue is very important to learn, however till I don't create one, I will not able to learn it.

Responses to your follow up questions:

1. Yes, you will only be able to have 5 processes published at a time
2. We have changed the behaviour recently and you'll need to switch on your personal Runtime Resource manually, the support article will help with that: In Trial and Learning Editions, why can't I run my objects and processes in Studio?
3. For Learning, the Blue Prism University contains lots of great courses. I've just double checked by searching for queue within the Learning Management System, that Work Queues are a module in the Foundation Training.
