We scheduled runtime restart every several hours as a workaround but would be good to know what can be the issue and if you experience the same.

Are the machines youre using set to logout of the machine or unlock? also are you remotely connecting to the machines from several different machines? It could be that the multiple RDP connections are persistent and resulting in an issue with the activates/global send keys being unable to find the foreground process. Is there a specific error message showing in the logs when it fails?

Is the session going into warning state?
If yes then the issue might be with the screen lock out time or system going into sleep mode.
Possible solution
If the activate window activity is performed once for every work item then it might be good to use the logout and login actions after every work item is completed.
Also, if you could then please provide more details on the issue you are facing.

thank you for your support
The biggest problem is there is no error message or warning. Action is completed (Activate / Send Global Case) but without any result, the next action is processing but of course with error because the previous one was completed without visible result.
We have noted that on one machine there is (probably) no problem and the only difference is MS Windows version (20H2 / 22H2) so we started with upgrading and will see if it helps.

Are you talking about single process running for multiple hours or multiple processes getting triggered ?
In case of triggering of multiple processes, are you performing log off post every process trigger?
This might be happening due to memory issues only as continuous usage of objects and without getting them disposed off, causes the memory blockage

it is for multiple processes getting triggered - there is no Logout activity after completion. I can agree it can solve the problem, but but cannot understand why there was no problem on the previous Blue Prism version (6.10.1) but the problem is on 7.1.1 / 7.1.2.
For every process we continously use Attach / Detach actions, on the other hand after processes completion all objects should be detached automatically and memory released, is that true?

I would recommend increasing the wait time while sending any of them. Also, don't include multiple actions in one navigate stage. We also faced the same after one windows security update in PROD. We tried increasing wait time eventually it fixed our issue now.

thank you for your support. It looks actions work correctly after upgrading from 20H2 to 22H2 including Microsoft Framework updates (after one day of testing). We will observe during next days but looks promising
