In order to troubleshoot a generic error message like this, additional information about the environment, Hub log files, and context for what you've already tried is likely going to be needed to provide a recommendation. As helpful as this Community can be with technical issues, working backwards to find the reason for a generic Hub error like this here is probably not the most efficient way to get assistance with this. If you haven't already opened a ticket, I would recommend
opening a Support ticket so we could help with resolving this error there, providing necessary initial information like the version of Hub you're using, the O/S and additional components' version info, any Hub logs (
outlined in this KB), and the background info on steps you've already taken prior to receiving this error.
