HUB final configuration - error

Hi,
I finalised all installation parts for HUB and I encountered issue once I tried to open website.
I have all certs added.
Any idea why I cannot access to hub.local website

In order to troubleshoot a generic error message like this, additional information about the environment, Hub log files, and context for what you've already tried is likely going to be needed to provide a recommendation. As helpful as this Community can be with technical issues, working backwards to find the reason for a generic Hub error like this here is probably not the most efficient way to get assistance with this. If you haven't already opened a ticket, I would recommend opening a Support ticket so we could help with resolving this error there, providing necessary initial information like the version of Hub you're using, the O/S and additional components' version info, any Hub logs (outlined in this KB), and the background info on steps you've already taken prior to receiving this error.

Hello Martyna,
Normally we will get this type of error if .NET libraries are not installed properly. 
Can you try the below link, it may resolve the error.

I tried and no result - authentication.local works fine, hub.local not
