Hi everyone
Were having trouble where we are launching a process via the worker and it fails saying the Brower Extension was not connected. stepping through on the design studio it works fine, but we have tried 2 process' on the worker and it fails every time. We have tried wait stages, throttles, we have it trying itself 3 times but it still fails. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this.
Currently on V 6.10.1 .

Its fine, we have managed to fix this now. we have to restart the digital worker and the browser extension started working fine.

We have a few documented workarounds for this issue in our Knowledge Base article, "Why do I get error "The browser extension was not detected" when attempting to launch a browser based (Chrome, Firefox or Edge Chromium) application?"
I would suggest you try working through these suggestions as a first step. If you're still seeing the issue afterwards, please open a ticket with us in Support so we could assist further, letting us know the results of each of the troubleshooting steps tried.

A workaround for this scenario is to launch the application using "Start Process" action of Utility- Genral, then use "Sleep" action and at last try attaching.
