Hot to get interact sending email to customers after digital worker completes a task?

Hey there guys.

We are using interact 4.1. When we put an approver on our form, after the approver gets the task approved, the creator gets a nice email with a "complete" information (check screen below). This looks great. Now what we really want is to get this email only when the digital worker mark the item complete on BP. Changing the interact opperation status from BP throught interact API dosen't seem to deploy this email other wise we would just move the opperation from "historic" to "approve" and then back again to "historic".

Hi Joao, 

From what I can tell only by clicking Submit on the form does it trigger that auto generated email. My experience is that if you want to generate the email the form needs to be resubmitted or instead of using the Interact email function just have the Blue Prim process that handles the queue item send the emails. That way you have complete control over the email message body and when it gets sent. Its not the simplest way to do it, but it should work.
