How do I format message while sending using Outlook VBO?

I'm sending a message using 'Send Mail' in outlook VBO but its sending it as plain text by removing all the formatting (i.e. newlines). How can I preserve the formatting?   Thanks in advance.

It's expecting HTML formatting. Replace your NewLine() characters with Dave

What David said. Good thing is you can write all the text inside two quotation marks ("" "") and have the inside them. You save a lot of "" and &.
