How to Unlock a Form

Hi,
We encountered an issue where sometimes a user accidentally locks a Form in Interact. (What actions cause a form to get locked?) If that user is away how can others unlock that form? I tried to unlock it as myself and as admin account, but dont have any way to edit / unlock it. What steps can we take if something gets locked and cant be unlocked by that user?

Hi Marshall
The only way to unlock the form is for the user to log back in and leave the form, with or without saving. Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock the form externally within Hub or Interact.
I can see the issue that would cause so I'll make sure it gets looked into further.
