How to activate Blocked Account

Hi ,

One of my friend completed Blue Prism(AD01) Certification and was accessing the portal frequently.Suddenly when she tried to download trial version of blueprism and install in her laptop her account got blocked. She tried setting activate license key from portal but account is Inactive or blocked is the error message she is getting now. She mailed to support with the registered mail ID but issue is not yet solved. Since she did certification in that portal she required same credentials.Kindly take action soon.

Hi Radhika,

A password reset email has been sent last week to your new registered email address which you will need to re-verify your account. However, the password reset link expires after 24 hours.  You sent another ticket to support on this and they are working on the request.

If the password reset email does not appear in your Inbox then please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Thank you for your message, is her account is locked, if she sends an email to support@bluepris.com, she will get a response with a ticket number, if you send us that number, I will contact the admin group to get a response and help her soon.
