When using the 'Kill Process' Action from the 'Utility - Environment' VBO to terminate an application, you may find that this target application is opened concurrently in a second, separate user session on the Runtime Resource. As a result the 'Kill Process' Action may not be working as expected.
To resolve this problematic scenario, either close the session of the target application from the second user session, or alternatively logout the second user. The 'Kill Process' Action should then execute successfully.
