Hi everyone,
One of the features I need is the ability to search for a specific item in the Inbox of Interact via the Key Value. I have set the item key as the appropriate field in Work Queues, but I'm unable to get this value populated when it shows up in Interact (both Submission History as well as Inbox).

Please let me know if I'm missing something.
Thank you!

Hi Lina,
To set this field up, you need to mark it as a key field in the form creator. When editing the form, click on the 3 dots menu for the respective field and select "Make key field".
This will be populated when the user completes the form and appear on dashboard.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Lina,
Just following up on what Ben has said, there is an article about Key field that can be found on BP Docs: LINK.
If you scroll down to the Key field section of that article it also shows how once you allocate a field as the Key field, it can then be used within a Blue Prism work queue to identify the submission to an item within the queue.
Even though the article was written for Interact 4.2, it works in 4.1 as well.
