If you want a screenshot of a specific screen or page you should be able to do this by having a dynamic region and use Read Image in a navigate stage for the bounds of entire window. The Surface Automation training will tell you about reading images and dynamic regions.
If you want a screenshot of the entire desktop then you could probably manage that using a code stage.
