No while spying and using in navigation stage, we may have an option called insert javascript Fragment,Invoke JavaSCRIPT fuction.May i know how to use that option.

Have you reviewed the Browser Integration Guide available under the Learning > Guides section of the Portal? I believe this has a section on this function.
There are also a number of other useful Guides in this area which are worth reviewing.
