Hi Javier,
It is a 2-step process:
Assuming you are using out Outlook VBO (would use the DX version found
here as a baseline):
- Use "Get Sent Items (Basic)" action to find your email, note the EntryID field returned
- Plug the EntryID field into the action "Save Attachments"
This should save all attachments to your local machine, in the folder you specify.
