IDLE'ing DecipherOCRClient components on Automated Clients Server

Maybe some of you faced a similar situation with Decipher. We run Decipher 2.1 where Automated Clients are deployed as separate servers (5 dedicated for OCR and 1 for Decipher Server). We have noticed that in the beginning there were around ~110 OCR clients working at the same time. After few days, we noticed that only ~80-85 OCR clients are working at the same time (we checked through Decipher web-page).

After signing into OCR Servers, we noticed that some of OCR instances in Task Manager are just IDLE'ing with 0 CPU usage with "bitten" RAM.

Would be nice to see them working as there is a HUGE queue to do OCR process, so there are plenty of cases.

Has anyone faced anything similar of know the workaround?

Is it safe to kill such process from Task manager or maybe anyone knows why this can happen (OCR components to start Idling even there are plenty of cases to work with)?
