Installation Error

Hi All,

This is Dev and I am new in BP community. I am facing an error when trying to Sign in in BP . After enter ID & Password I got an error "Login failed. Incorrect ID or Password. I have created new ID & Password. Please help me to fix this issue. Below screenshots for your ref.

Hi Asitabha,

Make sure you can login as the default "admin" account and then just re-create your account.

Thnks for reply. You mean, I need to create user name "admin"?. I have created user name "asitabha_deb". will it be obsolate

Login for the first time using the default credentials:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Follow the onscreen instructions to change the administrator password.
