Interact - Email Settings (Cannot send email with provided settings)

Hi,

I was setting up the Email Configuration in Hub while i encounter this error when i try to save the details inputted. Can you advice what could this means?

Hi Daniel

This message usually appears when Email configuration page hasn't been set up correctly so I'd check with this error is the page in Settings>Email configuration to make sure that everything is ok:
4135.jpgIf that doesn't work, it could be one for support@blueprism.com to get the assistance you need.

Hi Joe,

Thank you for the details! Team was able to pinpoint the problem on the Sender email. Was using the same email as the Test email recipient replace it with a different one and was able to save succesfully and received the test email.
