I'm wondering if anyone has used Interact in Contact Centre Environment for Colleagues to request holiday or if there is a workflow description available?

Hi Sharon,

It is possible to design Leave request form in Interact.
Firstly, Design fields required in the Interact form - User name, email address, manager name, leave start and end date , leave reason.

And add an approver specific to every team with their Manager as primary approver to the form. Approving the request allows the request to be submitted to the queue or email as detailed when the form was created.
