Currently I am doing a research in chinese website automation. I have successfully read chinese text with help of chinese language TESSARACT data.
Do we have any way or utility which can translate other langauge text to english?

You can make use of the ""Google Services"" VBOs. Take note that this requires an API key for the Google Cloud Computing services and there are pricing involved with this service. You'll also need an API key which you create on the Google Cloud Platform.
Read through the ""Reference Architecture for Google Cloud Platform"" document supplied by Blue Prism as a starting point.

Is there any other way instead of API's to convert one language to another (example from chinese to english). As this is not a free of cost.
