Issue with Region mode when reading PDF from Control room - returning garbage values

Hi Team ,

I am facing problem when reading the PDF regions from Control room. It is working fine when I ran the business object  or from Process studio. But when I try to run the same process from control room few regions not able to read content and returning some garbage values  as ' 1 AQUAUA  for Invoice number region.(Attached below image)

Could you please advise what is causing issue and how to solve it?

Hope you have made sure that the PDF is open and the invoice number is visible.

Thanks for the reply , but the PDF is opening fine from Control Room and other regions like Billing address is getting read properly.
