JavaScript error on loading

We are encountering the following error when opening the .EXE version of the application. After clicking OK it doesn't not move from the loading screen.

Hi Kristy, 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. 

I would suggest finding and ending all Capture and Capture_server processes in the task manager. After that try to restart Capture.exe (ensure that you've started it only once) and wait till it is loaded. 

If this problem persists, please raise a support ticket with GCS.
