License Expiry Notication

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

My Client just asked a question on "Does Blue Prism have any feature to notify him any of his license is going to expiry".

I know that if "all" of the license is expiring, there is a message in the application.

Are there any email notification can be sent out from Blue Prism to client. As he rarely opens the application at all.

As of today, it's the vendor's (who supplied license to the client) responsibility to track it down and be in touch with the client to get the license renewed and check for upselling opportunities.

Since BP works on partner model and traditionally doesn't do direct sales , it opens up additional revenue stream for the vendor as well.
