License V7 on BP V6.9

Hi everyone,

Our BP installation just notified us our license will expire in a month. We have licenses ready for the new BP V7, but our upgrade is scheduled another month later. 
Will the V7 licenses be backwards compatible with sub V7 Blue Prism installs?

I believe the answer is no. I'd suggest opening a ticket with support and let them know what's going on. Perhaps they can generate a new temp license for your 6.x environment to get you through the next month.

I've opened a ticket and already got a response, the licenses are indeed not backwards compatible so we'll need to arrange a solution with our BP account manager.​
