Unable to access the BluePrism app server URL via Load balancer, it keeps loading without any response
URL: https://inteauto.corp.domain.com:8199/bpserver
We have Load balancer(End to end SSL) configured to access the BluePrism servers(2 nodes), SSL cert has been added to both the NLB and App servers, also same encryption key has been used on both the ndoes . Cert details are below
CN: inteauto.corp.domain.com (NLB DNS)
Organization: domain, Organization Division: IT, State = Kuwait, Local: Kuwait, Country: KW
Subject Alternative DNS: appser1.corp.doman.com, appser2.corp.domain.com
Note both the application URLs are accessibly with the direct link.
Kindly advise, throw some insights.

Have you tried logging in a Ticket with BP support ? This seems more of to do with Infra/Network related configs, I am sure SS&C Blueprism Support Team would be of great help, Try logging in a ticket on below contact points.
