Login agent

I am trying to log in to server and getting error of time out. Can anyone tell what actual settings needs to be done. Attachment is also there

Have you reviewed this and implemented the suggestions as a first step?

@SteveBoggs yes, i have implemented the steps also.

Currently I am using bp 6.7 in which login agent package i​s already there

If the bit-ness of Login Agent and the O/S match, then checking the Windows Event Viewer logs (as described in the "Scenario 2" section of the KB article) for exceptions and validating the service is running/has available permissions would be the next step.
