Login issue

Hi All,

I am new to Blue Prism. I've downloaded the trial version but not able to login.
I've used below credentials.
Username: admin
Password: admin

What exactly are you seeing?  Have you set up the database?

Hello Jack,

I have the same login problem.

-Downloaded the learning edition
- setup a DX Account.
- try to login to learning edition  -> using my username and pw from the dx website login
- fail to login - "Login failed. The username or password is incorrect. Please try again."

Try for errir in DB but - DB ist connected - > "Database valid."

What is missing to login?

Hi All,

When logging into the BP software, you should be using the credentials below. If you are having issues remembering the password, please contact [email protected] and we can assist resetting the password back to admin. 

Username: admin

Password (installation): admin

Password (after setup): *your update pw*

*Please note, for your security, Blue Prism does not have access or see your current passwords.

Hi Florian.

The DX is not related to installing and configuring your Blue Prism software. The DX is like an app store for Blue Prism. There are lots of apps available to enhance your BP automations.

If I understand you, you have successfully installed and configured the database. How did you configure the connection type setting? If you used SQL Server (Windows Authentication), use "admin" for the userid and password the first time. 

The userid and password from the DX has nothing to do with your local BP installation.
