Looking for Solution to get out warning status

Hi Team,

One of our bot running in the production is causing an issue. We have a decision stage to verify the file exist flag sometime bot is getting stuck in this stage for a longer period of time and session is going in the warning status.

I don't want bot to wait for so long the stage and wants bot to either terminate the session or throw as an exception.

Could you please suggest some solution for this issue?

I have attached the screenshot, Stage started times is 12/14/2022 03:45:55 AM and it got stuck till 03:00:00 PM.

Hey Mate,

How do you know it's stuck on decision stage?
If you are looking at current stage in control room, this most likely mean that the stage after the decision is causing the issue. I have had solved the warning issues in past.
I would want you to first find the cause. Depending on that I can provide a solution that can recover bot from warning.
