MAPIEx- Get Mail responding slow

Hi, We are using Get Mail action of MAPIex VBO to read emails from a sub folder, there aren't many email but Get Mail action is taking lot of time to respond. Behaviour is intermittent. Please suggest how to get improve the response time. Thanks

Hi, Follow the MAPIEX article https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/knowledge-base/mapiex-issues-and-use-cached-exchange-mode-setting If this does not seems to work. . Go for SMTP mail communication instead of MAPIEX.  Mapiex has limitation. In SMTP, you have to write your own code to do that.   regards, Inian
