I keep seeing an issue where the cache exchange mode is getting switched on for a shared mailbox causing Blue Prism to hang when trying to send an email. If we switch it off again it works fine, however I wanted to see if anyone knows of maybe a code stage that could be used to check/change the setting each time a session runs to ensure exchange mode is switched off.
I have explored a C# stage that would deal with the registry however as the resources that run the processes dont have admin rights they cant manipulate the registry so wanted to see if there was a way to do it through Mail32 (control panel) as this doesnt require admin rights.

That is a setting that can be set by your Exchange administrator. We do not recommend modifying the Windows registry.
Try s simple process to open Control Panel and Mail to check if that option is enabled or not.
