We use the Management Console in Chorus to move cases back to an earlier state when data, process or user issues require us to do so. While the process works well enough, opening the list of cases to review in the console can take an extremely long time as opening the list of cases for a process loads all cases into the list without any filters (one of our process lists is > 40,000 items long and this is the one we usually need to open). In fact, sometimes the browser repeatedly warns that the console page (and any other Chorus page that's open) has stopped responding and suggests closing the page entirely.
We would like to suggest/request that when a process is opened to list the cases it contains that no retrieval is done until the user has selected whatever filters they require and clicked a "retrieve cases" button (unless the process contains fewer than a [configurable?] set number of cases (say, 100).
