Map native Blue Prism user after Authentication server enabled in Blue Prism

Hi Team,

Good Day !

If I create any user in Blue Prism HUB, newly created Blue Prism HUB user reflecting in Blue Prism environment using Rabbit MQ Server.

If I create any user in Blue Prism environment, newly created Blue Prism native user not reflecting in Blue Prism HUB users list.

Is it possible to map the Blue Prism native user after authentication server enabled in Blue Prism environment ?

Hi Ram,

Native users created via Blue Prism will not be synced to Authentication Server. Consider the following when deciding where to create the users once you have Blue Prism Authentication Server working:

1. For all human users, accounts should be established in Blue Prism Hub. Authentication Server will automatically establish that user in Blue Prism. This synchronisation is needed since authorisation post logon is done via the permissions around the Blue Prism user. The user in Authentication Server on the other hand is used purely for authentication purpose, i.e. logging onto the Blue Prism environment.
2. For bots, accounts should be established in Blue Prism, either using native authentication or Active Directory. Such users will not be synced to Authentication Server since they never need to log onto Blue Prism Hub as the human user would do. If such synchronisation is indeed needed, you must use the mapping tool as you would have done in setting up the Authentication Server initially.

Hope this is clear.
