MapieX send mail error - Failed to access message store

I am Using BP v 5 Mapiex v 1.1.115 and outlook 2013 (32bit) When I try to send a mail, I get the following error message: Failure in Get Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to access message store. Any Ideas?

Go to the Portal Knowledgebase, search for Message Store, and hey presto - the first result is called 'Failed to access message store' error when using the MAPIEx VBO - and the article gives you something to try to fix it.

Hi Denis, I configured the my Outlook and my Get Mail function was working. From 2 days it is giving this msg store error. But if I try to run Manually it is working giving this error when I run from Control Room. Have any ideas?
