With Outlook 2016 installed, I am facing issues with Mapiex. Whenever trying to send a request to read mail, the Outlook is throwing a popup to enter outlook credentials everytime. Is there a way to beat the popup?

Under the mail profile settings, in More Settings, Security, there's a checkbox for 'Always prompt for logon credentials'. If your Exchange allows it, you should be able to turn that off. Otherwise, you'll need to have Blue Prism (or a background VB script) occasionally check for it.

That is already unchecked. I didnt encounter this with Outlook 2010, is there a specific setting for 2016 that can help here?
