Maximise Internet Explorer Window

Hi I want to ensure that the window is always maximised when I launch ie - is there an Action in BP that caters for this? Grateful for any help! thanks

When I am using GSK event in object and running it through process,it does not work.

John Carter posted the correct answer to this.  No need to send keystrokes when there is already a feature within the navigate stage to maximize a window.
