Hi,
Is there a plan to include more columns in Inbox?
We have a lot of work in Interact to our back office, and they want to know more about why our Robots send them an Interact request. We have a process that has 14 different rules and to make our humans more effective, they want to work on 1 to 1 errors.
So if rule 1 is the reason, they want to complete them, before they start on rule 2. I have thought to include it in "Key value". But it doesn't help that Inbox resets every time our back office opens a submission.

There aren't any plans to include more columns in Inbox but you can use the Key value as you suggest. If you sort by Key value, it defaults to oldest first. You could also use the filter to narrow it down further.
