Multiple AutomateC.exe instances issue

Each instance of automateC.exe is taking 20 to 25 percentage of CPU utilization. Is there anyway to reduce ?
Because when I run multiple automateC.exe, it's utilizing most of the CPU

@RojaKamasani Have you done some version upgrades ? Is it degradation of performance after the upgrade ? Can you confirm what process is eating the CPU? 
 I think a database call would be behind the issue .  I would recommend running housekeeping scripts on your db and check the results .
