Hi Guys,
I'm new to Blueprism. I need to create an incident in servicenow from Blueprism. Can anyone please guide me.

Have you looked into web service calls to servicenow? also you can navigate in the browser to

Hi Naga,
You have to call it using web services. Means Servicenow team can build one API. Using blue prism you ca call it or you create tickets for each issue as well.

Can you please explain in detail how can we create a new incident using WEB API links in blueprism. Also, looking for how to retrieve incident details but we are unable to get the output correctly because of JSON Format.
