Not able to Attech Desktop application using WIndows Title and Process Name

Issue When we are trying to attach existing open instance of one desktop application, we are getting error something like €œNot able to find Process Id 123453€. Process Id is getting changed every time we run. When we see Process details under the task manager, process id is different from this number for the open desktop application. We are facing this issue under UAT environment. We are attaching desktop application window using Window Title and Process Name. Note: Point to be noted here is when we are running resourcePC script under that VM and then run the solution from Process Studio or from Control room , we are facing this error but when we are running without running ResourcePC script, solution is working fine from Process studio under UAT environment. Same code is working from Control room and Process studio under development environment.

Hello, what kind of applicatoin are you interfacing with (windows/java/browser)? It sounds like you have an environment issue, are all settings the same between Dev and UAT. For example, if this is a browser application have you set the TabProcGrowth registry setting in UAT?

I am facing the same issue mine is a windows Application (EXE) and how do you attach without specifying the Process ID ?
