OUTLOOK Move Email - Outlook does not recognize one or more names

Hello,
My process moves email from Outlook folder "BOT Temporary" to Outlook folder "BOT Done".
Sometimes I receive an error message "Outlook does not recognize one or more names" when BOT tries to move email.
Do you know any reason for this issue?

Hi Mateusu,
I recommend checking the session log for more details.
If you reset your "Outlook", and the problem will resolve it can be temporary can not access that folder.
I would also suggest configuring Cached Exchange Mode ON or OFF.

Hello Hossein,
Session log does not give me more information. There is only error message "Outlook does not recognize one or more names"
Outlook restart does not help.
Cached Exchanged Mode is off
Do you have any more suggestions?
