Hi All,
Anyone please help me to sor the issue with the Oracle Java application slowness issue. I am currently developing a Java based oracle application. The actual process is to enter the value from Excel to application. I have completed the automation and tried to run the process from control room. However the application got terminated after a certain time.
Initially I thought it was a application issue and later I found that is not an application issue. It was happened because of wait time in blue prism hence bot not having enough time to check the attributes. So I have increased the wait time for my each actions and now the application running smoothly.
However it takes a long time to complete the task comparing with the manual task. For example I able to complete one task in 20 mins manually however bot takes 2 hrs 45 mins to complete the same task. Hence the client is not happy with the automation.
Is there any other way to increase the speed without crashing the application? Please help me to aor this issue.
Thanks

Hello,
Does the system have any API or permission to query and insert into the database? For situations similar to those mentioned I would opt for these solutions.

Thanks for your response Leonardo.
But there is no option to have API and database integration. It is a raw application.

Hi Sakthivel,
Is the application the cause of the timeout? Or are you saying it's something in BP?
You shouldn't need that much time for pulling data from excel, processing the data and entering it into the application using your Object. Would you be able to elaborate on the process you have created to give an idea of the potential points of failure?

Good morning,
Did you use this Java Automation guide to spy the elements? Another helpful tip is to use keyboard shortcuts to enter in values into the fields. Example, Activate Java Frame > Tab > {Value} > Enter by sending Global Send Keys to the root of the Application Modeller. I hope this helps! If you would like any extra assistance with this, please book a Knowledge Support session and I would be happy to jump on a call.
Thanks!
