Outlook Crashed Whiling Sending Email - Microsoft Outlook has stopped working

We are getting error while sending email through outlook . Intermediately outlook got crashed while sending email and its hang out robots stop generating logs in BP.    We are unable to monitor the bot whether it is running or not but in control room its showing Running status.    Please refer the attached snapshot and do the needful asap.

Have you gone through the articles in the knowledgebase to help with email/mapiex?  The most common solutions are using 32bit Outlook instead of 64bit and changing the Outlook cache setting - but there is other help there.
