When we try to read an email on a VM(RR), using the Outlook VBO, a warning message relating to Programmatic access of Email pops up - PFA
29661.png We are using BP6.9 enterprise version,  outlook office 365.
We haven't installed antivirus, still its asking to verify antivirus.
Do we need to install antivirus in VM?

Any solutions will be helpful.
Thanks in advance

In Outlook, go to File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> Programmatic Access and select the option for "Never warn me about suspicious activity". Outlook will have to be run as an administrator for the option to be available.

Hi  @Nicholas Zejdlik

I have changed above mentioned option by running outlook as administrator, but still facing issue of programmatic access once in a week.

Manually again running outlook as admin and changing option every week end (consider Saturday)

Can u suggest any permanent solution.? so that we shouldn't get programmatic access issue again.

Note: I am logging in VM using admin account and installed office 365 using admin account.

Thanks in advance...

I only had to change it once and it stayed. Perhaps there is a group policy that keeps disabling it? See if this post from Microsoft helps.
