Process Steps goes on Pending state

Each weekend, after windows update- either Runtime goes down on missing state or if the Login agent service keeps running. The process stages goes on missing state. then have to release it manually and delays execution.

mostly this will happen due to database size issue and those bot memory issue and App server load issue.

here our COE team always do App Server reboot for this issue

As a side note, I would advise against unobserved and untested windows updates happening overnight to virtual machines that run business critical automations overnight.  Your service model should include planned and tested windows updates on the automation VM estate.

It is difficult to give any suggestion with out logs.
To troubleshoot this type of issue, you need to review the Blue Prism, Application, and System Event Logs on both the client PC and Application Server.

Please correlate the timestamps across these logs around the time the issue occurred and check for any network- or database-related errors or disconnections.

The issue could also be related to antivirus or firewall/security software interrupting or blocking the connectivity between the client PC, Application Server, and database. Therefore, the relevant antivirus, firewall, and security logs and configurations should also be reviewed.
