 Always getting " INBAHRPC0**** is too busy to run that process." message when I run the process in control room. In Process logs, one process status is in pending state. I try to retire it but still it showing pending in process logs. how to resolve this.

That message means the resource is either already running a process or has a pending session - check to see if you have a pending session created before today.

Hi , Any idea how to know whether bot is idle or busy running some process in BP?

I would suggest going to Control, then in Session Management (where you have all running processes) change default filter. Filter by status (Pending, Running) and Start Time choose All. If there are any pending and/or running session you should see them.
