Questions regarding Microsoft Word VBO

Hello, I have the following problem. I open a PDF via the Word VBO. But now the following pop-up always appears.

How can I always automatically select the top entry there, i.e. press “Enter”, so to speak. If the PDF is then open, I use “Exit” from the same VBO, but then this pop-up always appears. Same game, how can I select "Yes" here?

I could see that other use has been opened the file already. 

And the BOT also trying to open the same file which was already opened by others.

I would suggest to copy the file from source location to temporary location and open the file from the temp location.

Hopefully with this approach you may not encounter the pop up.
