I had already registered and created my profile, but it would not let me access and it told me that my password did not correspond after trying again, even so that problem persisted so I gave the option to forget my password and enter my email, it told me that they would send an email with the steps to follow to recover my account but nothing has arrived and it has already been several days... what could be the conflict if it has already happened to someone.
