BP upgrade 6.10.5 to 7.3.1 - Unable to login using SSO

Dear Community Members,

We are performing an upgrade from BP 6.10.5 to BP 7.3.1 in UAT environment. We have successfully upgraded the BP database and installed the blueprism msi file in APP server. 

However, when we launch BP, we are getting below error in the app server. Before performing the upgrade, BP 6.10.5 was running on this server.

We tried below approach till now but no luck:

1. Perform refresh cache using commandline - AutomateC.exe /requestactivedirectorycacherefresh /sso

but getting error as below. ID used for installation is the same service account id used to run BP 6.10.5 server service.

2. BP team provided a sql file to perform refresh the cache directly through DB but no result.

3. Rebooted the server and re-installed the BP again.

4. Tried the workaround mentioned in the below community link but no luck again.
