Hi All,
Anyone experienced this issue before and known fix? we are able to retrive emails manually but through blueprism we have the following error:

Double-check that the MAPIEx DLLs are in the Blue Prism directory, or at least that they are in a path matching that shown in the MAPIEx VBO. Also ensure that the mail client isn't open on the target machine... have a read through the MAPIEx guide, if you haven't already.

Thanks Michael.
1. The issue is intermittent; i.e., the process works fine for few hours and completes successful mail retrivals until the error occurs.
2. A restart of the BOT VM resolves the error for 10-12 hours.
Based on the above im assuming that BP doesnt have enough memory or ran out of memory to retrive emails ? However we dont have any out of memory exception on BOT screen or in the event logs.
Do you know how to resolve this scenario ?
